Policy

  1. Booking and Reservations:
    • Guests must make a reservation in advance to secure their stay.
    • The property will be available for check-in on Thursday/Fridays from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is required by Sunday/Monday at 12:00 PM.
    • A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings.
  2. Maximum Occupancy:
    • The rental property has a maximum occupancy limit of 24. This limit must be strictly adhered to at all times.
  3. House Rules and Conduct:
    • Guests are expected to treat the property and its belongings with respect and care.
    • Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Parties, excessive noise, and any form of disruptive behavior that may disturb neighbors or violate local ordinances are strictly prohibited.
  4. Smoking and Pets:
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental property. Designated smoking areas, if available, should be used.
    • Pets are allowed on the premises but please utilize the kennels provided.
  5. Damages and Security Deposit:
    • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
    • A security deposit may be required upon booking, which will be refunded within 2 days after check-out, provided no damages have occurred.
  6. Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • The property will be cleaned and prepared prior to guests' arrival.
    • Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay and leave the property in a clean condition upon check-out.
    • Any excessive cleaning required or damages resulting from neglect may incur additional charges.
  7. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • Cancellation policies should be clearly communicated to guests at the time of booking.
    • Refunds or rescheduling options may be available based on the cancellation timeline provided.
